Custom Dave Mustaine D-Profile Neck

With a set-in mahogany neck sculpted to Dave Mustaine's unique specification, this guitar maintains the resonance and durability of thicker D shaped necks, but with a slightly thinner profile that offers smoother playability and easy access to the higher frets. Complete with a 25.5" scale jatoba fingerboard and custom Dave Mustaine pearl dot and sharktooth combo inlays, Mustaine himself raves that this may be his favourite neck ever.

About Dave Mustaine

Born in 1961, Dave Mustaine is an American guitarist who was the original lead guitarist for heavy metal titans Metallica. After leaving Metallica, Dave Mustaine formed the band Megadeth and has since released 14 studio albums with hit songs such as "Symphony of Destruction", "No More Mr. Nice Guy" and "Trust". In 2006 Dave received an endorsement from Dean Guitars and has since released a series of signature models with custom specifications and unique finishes. Mustaine is considered to be one of the most influential heavy metal guitarists of all time.
